If I love my body ten times more than I do, what would I do differently? .... What if I loved my body a hundred times more?

For example, would I eat better food, go for a walk, get more sleep, breathe more fresh air, think more grateful thoughts for what my body can do?

This may sound silly, but research shows that loving myself is one of the most powerful healing things I can do for my body.

At least once a day, do something loving for my body.
